High Foaming PS Slice Material Extruding Machine

This high foaming polystyrene slice material extruding machine is a common
2-grade type of high foaming slice material production equipment. It takes
general polystyrene as the raw material and injects a foaming agent at high
pressure in the extruding process. Then the high foaming slice materials are
extruded from the dies and formed after cooling.

This material, through vacuum hot forming, can be made into every sort of
packing container, such as fast food boxes and instant noodle bowls.

PS production process:
1) Scaling and distributing auxiliary
2) Mixing
3) Feeding
4) Plasticizing and mixing in the first grade extruder
5) Injecting foaming agent at the same time
6) Plasticizing and mixing with foaming agent in the second extruder
7) High foaming slice material is extruded from die head
8) Cooled and set
9) Drawn
10) Winding
11) Packing
